The Sunset. Quail egg, tobiko, yellowtail. $8.25 and worth every friggin' penny!!! That alone gives Yuri 5 solid stars and gives me a reason to drive past a dozen sushi restaurants to "Destination Yuri." :)
Oh, they have many other delish guest creations and specialty rolls and I highly rate Yuri as "California Sushi" but less as "Authentic Sushi" (California = creative rolls with mixed ingredients and special sauces. Authentic = nigiri or sashimi...awesomely fresh...pure fish...heavenly.)
Their rice tea is fabulous...I ask for a glass of ice on the side and make my own "iced rice tea"...LOVE it!
